1. What are the shipping options? 

We ship worldwide with PostNL, DPD or DHL.

2. What are the shipping costs? 

The cost of shipping in the Netherlands is €3.95 postal package. With an order value greater than €100,- we ship for free within the Netherlands. Costs for shipping abroad differ per country and are shown at checkout.

Please note: All orders to countries outside of the European Union are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient may be liable for any customs fees and local sales tax. We are regrettably unable to confirm the exact amount or delivery time of these and we suggest you contact your local customs office.

3. When will I receive my order within the Netherlands? 

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. The actual delivery time depends on how busy our couriers are at  PostNL, DPD, DHL is. 

4. Can I track my order? 

Yes, after we have shipped your order we will send you a track & trace code.


5. Until when may I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days from the moment you received it. You can do this by emailing us at  The costs for the return are € 6.75 in the Netherlands. 

We only take back items unopened and in their original condition. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

*Due to the strict EcoCert, ONSSA, USDA and FDA safety standards we meet, we are unable to return items in non-sleable conditions such as: 

  • Unsealed

  • Swatched/Used 

  • Relabelled

  • Refiled

  • Partially missing items

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.
